Our Fees

Delivering Cost-effective Solutions

At The DLC we use a combination of the fixed fee and hourly charges model to best suit our clients’ requirements. Although an indicative schedule of fees is included in every client care letter issued by us, as a policy we will ALWAYS give you an estimate of our professional fees and disbursements that you can expect to incur on a given matter. Only once you have approved of the estimated fee quote and formally signed the client care letter do we begin work on your matter following your instructions.

Our Services tailored to your needs:

Our Client Engagement Letters contain detailed information of our services informing you of:

  • the scope of fees.
  • Our initial free phone consultation is available to everyone as we aim to understand your needs and look out for our Client’s best interests. This may also include email correspondence, depending on the Client’s requirements.
  • Once the Client wishes to proceed, we provide Clients with a Client Engagement Letter as standard practice which includes all the above details along with our Terms of Business.
